By creating an account, browsing, or otherwise using Flickmeme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 13.

Flickmeme is a meme and GIF creation platform that lets users browse templates, create memes using a drag-and-drop editor, and generate captions and images using AI tools. Certain features — including unlimited AI generation and watermark-free downloads — are available only to Pro subscribers.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Flickmeme. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of the memes, images, captions, and other content you create or upload (“User Content”). By making User Content public within the Service, you grant Flickmeme a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the necessary rights to any images or material you upload. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, including content reported by other users through our reporting tools.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
• Infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors, or any illegal content
• Is intended to impersonate another person or organization in a misleading way
• Attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service

Flickmeme offers a paid Pro subscription billed monthly. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Your subscription automatically renews each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page, which opens Paddle’s customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges — see our Refund Policy for details.

The Service, including its design, branding, meme templates provided by Flickmeme, and underlying software, is owned by Flickmeme and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The Service relies on the following third-party providers to operate:

• Google (sign-in, and Gemini AI for caption/image generation)
• Paddle.com (subscription billing and payment processing)
• Cloudflare R2 (storage of images you create or upload)
• Resend (transactional email, such as password resets)
• Vercel (hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring)

Use of these providers is also subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated captions and images may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate; we are not liable for content generated by AI tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flickmeme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including repeated content violations flagged through our reporting system. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
